This document is a public offer (hereinafter, the “Offer”) and sets out the terms and conditions for providing services for the placement of advertisements, native (partner) materials, reviews, special projects, and other commercial integrations on the website Travels Ukraine and the world (hereinafter, the “Website”), which is owned and administered by the author Гребович Наталія (Hrebovych Natalia) (hereinafter, the “Service Provider”). Acceptance of this Offer constitutes the conclusion of a service agreement pursuant to Articles 641–642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Client — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of the Offer for the purpose of placing advertisements/partner materials on the Website.
- Services — placement of advertising banners, partner (affiliate) links, native articles, special projects, reviews, selections, mentions on social networks, email newsletters (if available), and other integrations as agreed.
- Client’s Materials — texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, links, and any content provided for placement.
- Technical Requirements — requirements for formats, dimensions, file sizes, links, UTM tagging, deadlines, and layouts agreed by the parties in correspondence.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider renders Services for placing commercial integrations on the Website and/or in the Service Provider’s related channels, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for such Services under the terms of this Offer.
3. Acceptance of the Offer and Conclusion of the Agreement
Any of the following actions shall be deemed acceptance of the Offer: (1) written confirmation of the order in correspondence with the Service Provider; (2) provision of the Client’s Materials with an explicit intent to place them; (3) payment of the invoice or partial prepayment; (4) actual use of the Services. From the moment of acceptance, the parties consider the agreement concluded in written (electronic) form.
4. Procedure for Providing the Services
- The parties agree on the format, scope, deadlines, placement, KPIs (if needed), and price in working correspondence.
- The Client’s Materials are submitted in the agreed formats in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and international advertising standards.
- The Service Provider has the right to edit native texts for stylistic consistency, linguistic accuracy, veracity, and compliance with the Website’s editorial policy, without changing the essence of the agreed messages.
- Advertising/partner materials are labeled with appropriate and clear markers (“Advertisement,” “Partner Material,” “#ad,” etc.).
- Publication/placement timelines are agreed individually; if needed, a report may be provided (screenshots, links, basic analytics metrics).
5. Price, Payment Procedure, and Taxes
- The price of the Services is determined individually depending on the format, scope, complexity, seasonality, and demand.
- Payment is made on the basis of the Service Provider’s invoice: 100% prepayment or another agreed schedule.
- Bank fees, payment service fees, and the Client’s taxes are paid by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The provision of the Services is confirmed by an act/correspondence and/or a report; in the absence of reasoned objections within five (5) business days, the Services are deemed accepted.
6. Requirements for Materials and Restrictions
- Materials must not violate the law or third-party rights, nor contain hate speech, discrimination, false information, unfair or hidden advertising.
- Prohibited topics: illegal goods/services, fraudulent financial schemes, violence, pornography, exploitation of children, incitement of hatred, manipulative “clickbait,” etc.
- The Client guarantees the rights to use trademarks, photos, videos, and content; in the event of claims by third parties, the Client bears responsibility.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse placement or remove material without refund if a breach of this Offer or the law is detected.
7. Intellectual Property
- Copyright in the Website’s content belongs to the Service Provider unless otherwise indicated in the publication.
- Provision of the Services does not imply the transfer of proprietary intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
- The Client grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive license to use the Client’s materials for the purposes of placement and promotion of the publication (preview, the Service Provider’s social networks, selections, etc.).
8. Liability of the Parties
- The parties are liable for non-performance/improper performance of obligations within the framework of applicable law and this Offer.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the achievement of specific traffic/sales indicators unless expressly fixed in the agreed KPIs.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the internet, hosting, external services, force majeure circumstances, or actions of third parties.
9. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations if this results from circumstances of irresistible force (force majeure): war, strikes, blockades, epidemics, acts of state authorities, power outages, significant technical failures, etc. The party affected by force majeure shall notify the other party within a reasonable time.
10. Confidentiality and Personal Data
Data protection matters are governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy. By transferring any data (contacts, materials, access credentials), the Client confirms the legality of their provision and agrees to their processing for the purposes of performing this Offer.
11. Procedure for Changing, Postponing, and Canceling Placement
- Changes to formats/deadlines are agreed in advance in working correspondence.
- If cancellation by the Client occurs after the start of preparatory work/editing/layout, the Service Provider has the right to retain part or all of the prepayment in proportion to the work performed.
- In the event of a breach of this Offer by the Client, the Service Provider may refuse placement or remove the material from publication without compensation.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The parties endeavor to resolve disputes through negotiations and official (electronic) correspondence. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of Ukraine at the location of the Service Provider. The substantive law of Ukraine applies.
13. Term of the Offer and Changes to the Terms
The Offer is effective from the moment of publication on the Website and may be amended by the Service Provider at any time. The new version takes effect upon publication. For orders already paid, the terms agreed on the payment date apply unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

15. Final Provisions
- Any additional agreements and specifications form an integral part of the contract under this Offer and may be executed in electronic correspondence.
- The invalidity of any clause of the Offer shall not affect the validity of its other provisions.
