Hello! My name is Natalia Hrebovych—I’m a traveler, blogger, and the creator of the travel project Travels Ukraine. I am originally from Ukraine, but my heart belongs to the entire planet. Travel has become part of my life—my philosophy and my inspiration. It has given me the chance to see things more broadly, to appreciate the beauty of our planet, and to feel unity with the people I meet in different corners of the Earth.
I’m a happy wife and the mother of two wonderful sons. For me, family is a source of strength and love—and the best companions on the road. My children are growing up alongside our travels, learning to see the world’s diversity and to value what they have. Every day they remind me how important it is to protect our planet so that future generations can enjoy its beauty.
My travel blog began as a personal diary about journeys across Ukraine. I shared stories about castles, mountains, ancient towns, and places where nature reveals all its grandeur. Over time, I realized it’s impossible to limit myself to one country. The world is much bigger, and it holds so many wonders worth telling about. That’s how the idea was born to expand the project and turn it into a platform that brings together travels across Ukraine, Europe, the Americas, and other continents.
Why I created this blog
For me, travel is not just a change of location. It’s a meeting with oneself, with other people, and with the culture of the world. Every country, every city, and even the smallest village has its stories, legends, and rhythm of life. I want to convey these feelings to my readers so they can be inspired and taste true freedom.
The world today is changing very quickly. We live in a time when war, economic hardships, and environmental problems affect our lives. Yet despite everything, we remain people who yearn for happiness, discovery, and memories. That’s what I want to give my reader—a reminder that travel is always possible. Even if you cannot go abroad right now, my blog will help you feel the spirit of adventure and find inspiration in everyday things.
The Travels Ukraine philosophy
I believe our planet is an incredible treasure we must protect. Travel teaches us to value nature, understand different cultures, and respect others. For me, Travels Ukraine is not just a directory of places but also a space that unites like-minded people who love to discover the world and want to make it better.
Here you’ll find not only descriptions of interesting locations but also my personal thoughts—reflections on how travel affects our psychology, helps us overcome challenges, and gives us a new perspective on life. After all, the true value of a journey lies not only in what we see but in who we become afterward.
Travel as a Path to Self

We’re used to thinking that travel is primarily about changing places, seeing new landscapes, and getting to know other cultures. But for me, travel goes deeper. It’s an inner process that transforms a person from within. It teaches us to live in the moment, to embrace the world’s diversity, and at the same time to value our roots more.
When we step out of our comfort zone and head to another city, country, or continent, we don’t just look at new views—we see ourselves with new eyes. Travel reveals sides of our personality we never suspected. It teaches patience, openness, flexibility, and above all—love for the world.
Travel as psychological therapy
Modern life is often full of stress, worries, and challenges. Travel helps restore balance. When we find ourselves among mountains, by the ocean, or in the narrow streets of an ancient city, we realize our problems aren’t that big. The world is much wider, and there is room in it for calm, harmony, and beauty.
I’ve been convinced many times: travel is the best psychological therapy. It lets us unplug from routine, see life from another angle, and feel gratitude for what we have. Every trip is a reminder that life isn’t limited to weekdays; it can be filled with vivid moments that shape our inner world.
The planet’s value in travel
As we travel, we learn to see not only beauty but also our planet’s vulnerability. Majestic forests, oceans, mountains, deserts—all created by nature—and all in need of our protection. Unfortunately, humanity often forgets that Earth is our only home, and our actions can harm it. Every time I see litter in the mountains or on a beach, my heart tightens. But I believe mindful travel can change this.
I want this blog to be not only about interesting places but also about the value of our planet. I want every reader, after finishing my articles, to ask: “What can I do to preserve this beauty for my children?” Because travel makes no sense if we don’t protect what we discover.
Travel as bringing people together
Another special power of travel is its ability to unite. When we go to other countries, we meet people with completely different worldviews, religions, and languages. Yet, amazingly, despite all differences, we feel a sense of commonality. We understand that we are all human beings who strive for happiness, peace, and love. This thought fills me with faith that travel can make the world better.
I want Travels Ukraine and the World to become a place where like-minded people meet—those who value travel not just as entertainment but as a way to become better, wiser, and more attentive to the world. Here everyone can find not only inspiration for journeys but also the feeling that they are not alone—there is a community that shares the same values.
Travel as a Source of Inspiration
Every trip for me is a breath of fresh air. It’s an opportunity not only to see something new but to feel like part of a grand story written by the planet itself. When I stand on the ocean shore, admire a mountain sunset, or step into an ancient temple, I feel the world speaking to me in the language of beauty—a language everyone understands, regardless of nationality or culture.
Travel inspires us to dream, create, and change. It gives a sense of freedom you cannot buy. And that’s the inspiration I want to share through my blog. Every article, every line here is written with love to show you that the world is beautiful and worth protecting.
Responsibility to the planet
But inspiration always comes with responsibility. We can’t simply admire the world’s beauty while closing our eyes to its problems. Ecology, wars, indifference—all are threats that destroy what we love. I believe travel teaches us to be more sensitive and attentive. After seeing an incredible coral reef or a primeval forest, we begin to understand it must be preserved.
I want my blog to be not only about places but also about a responsible attitude to the world. I write about beauty, but I always remind: it is fragile. We are guests on this planet, and we are obliged to leave it just as beautiful for future generations.
Unity of like-minded people
I know many of my readers feel the same. We are different: some live in Ukraine, some in Europe, some in the Americas. But we are united by one thing—our love for the world and the desire to protect it. That is the unity I want to nurture on the pages of Travels Ukraine and the World.
I dream that this blog becomes not just a website but a community—a place where people share thoughts, inspire one another, and offer support. Because travel isn’t only about geography; it’s about an inner journey toward a better version of ourselves—toward sincerity, compassion, and openness.
Why I share this
Sometimes people ask me: “Why do you spend so much time on the blog when you could just travel for yourself?” The answer is simple—I want this experience to matter not only to me. If even one person, after reading my article, thinks about the world’s beauty, the value of life, and what we can do to preserve it, then my work is not in vain.
My blog is my way of speaking to the world. It’s a letter to everyone who dreams, searches, and believes. It’s a reminder that we can change the world—even with small steps: through travel, kind words, and supporting one another.
Why Supporting the Blog Matters
Travel is my life, my philosophy, and at the same time my work. I pour my time, energy, and heart into this blog because I want it to be a place of inspiration for everyone who loves the world. But creating quality materials requires resources—trips, research, photography, and technical support for the site. That’s why I decided to be honest: your feedback and support help this project exist and grow.
Every article on Travels Ukraine is more than just text. It’s hours of work, research, personal notes, and inspiration. Sometimes it’s even a struggle with doubts: do people really need what I write? Yet every comment, every like, and every message confirms: yes, they do. That gives me the strength to keep going.
A shared effort of like-minded people
I see my blog as a shared space where those who value the world’s beauty and seek to preserve it can meet. Here we don’t just read travel stories—we learn to think more broadly and to be more attentive to nature and to ourselves.
Everyone who reads this blog is already part of this community. You are my like-minded companions, my inspiration, and my motivation to work harder. Together we can achieve much more than alone. The world changes not when one person travels and writes, but when thousands are inspired and begin to see life differently.

My Manifesto—Travel for Life
When I think about all the places I’ve seen and those I still dream of visiting, I realize: travel is not just a road from point A to point B. It’s a journey inward. It’s a way to become a better person and to understand that the world is vast and at the same time so fragile.
My dream is that everyone who reads this blog will see that the planet is more than geography. It’s our shared home, and we must protect it. By traveling, we learn compassion, respect, and gratitude. We become more attentive to the little things and start seeing beauty even in what once seemed ordinary.
Travel as a value for humanity
I believe travel can change the world. Not politics, not money, but human encounters, cultural exchange, openness, and dialogue. Travel breaks stereotypes, removes borders in our hearts, and shows that we are much closer to one another than it may seem.
From the Ukrainian Carpathians to American canyons, from European cities to Asian temples—I’ve seen the same thing everywhere: people seek happiness. And that unites us more than any differences.
My vision of the future
I dream that Travels Ukraine and the World becomes a place of strength for those who seek meaning in travel. A place where we not only read stories but build a community that loves the planet and wants to preserve it for future generations. I see this blog as a platform where travel meets life philosophy, and inspiration turns into real change.
The future depends on us—on whether we learn to see the world’s beauty and can protect it; on whether we find the strength to unite for a greater goal. And I choose to believe we can.
An invitation to like-minded people
I invite you to become part of this journey. Not only to read, but to live it. Not only to dream, but to act. Together we can do more: tell the world about the planet’s beauty, inspire others, support this project, and show that love, kindness, and openness always have power.
Travels Ukraine and the World is not just my blog. It’s our space—a place where ideas, dreams, and true stories are born; a community of those who believe travel can change the world.
Final words
Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading and supporting. Thank you for loving the world as much as I do. May our journeys—small or great—always lead us toward harmony, joy, and love.
With warmth and gratitude, Natalia Hrebovych
